i have seen the shortner owner have to things the first one i say is that they got a skiip ad button on top and other is they have the countdown timer and generae link button , are these wo options available or they edit it them selves?

Yes, both options are available, The “Skip Ad” button on the top right appears if the short link advertising type is “Interstitial” and “Get Link” button if the short link advertising type is “banner”.
