If you want to add PAYTR as a withdrawal method so users can choose it from their profile to withdraw money then you can add it from the admin settings but if you want to add it as a payment method then you will need to hire a PHP developer to make that custom work for you.
i think a wordpress plugin for this script will boost your sell. you can create a plugin which converts all links in website to adlinkfly affiliate shortened link.
