you should not receive that error. Did you check your upload folder permissions? Maybe the plugin isn’t able to download files to your wrodpress upload folder.
Dear, I have been creating websites for 20 years. And I know exactly what I’m saying. Many games come with Thumbnail, many without Thumbnail. I then delete those games that are without a Thumbnail. Make the changes I wrote you about. I am sure that this will help many users. Or return my money. Waiting for a specific answer from you!

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you have a lot of games (over 31,000) in your database and they have not been fetched with your MyArcadePlugin version. I don’t know where you have get those games but many of them doesn’t exist anymore. As you have a lot of broken games the only way is to delete all games and to fetch them again with your MyArcadePlugin versions.
P.S. A new update will be release in a few days that will bring a new game distributor and remove 2PG and Coolgames because they closed their game distribution API.

Hi I installed everything and made settings etc. but when I publish a game and the post are being made but the post only shows the picture and the text, there is no actually game loading. I tried other games too, not one is being seen in the post, however the image and text do show. and in backend of post all embeded codes etc are there, please let me know if this is a common issue and how to solve it.

how lol ? also i purchased the myarcde contest or something like that about a year ago directly from your site and cannot seem to login to download the lugin – so frustrating! when i download the file package all i get are theme file, game plugin and my cred bridge – no wp-achievments or any other premium addons
MyArcadeContest is sold by exells.com and not on our site. Please contact the exells support if you have issues to download the plugin. Where did you read that WPAchievements is part of the file package or that it is included with MyArcadePlugin Starter?

before you talked about MyArcadeContest, which is sold on exells.com but now you write about MyScoresPresenter. MyScoresPresenter is part of MyArcadePlugin. We have removed it from the starter package because the last game distributor that offers score games has closed their distribution service. So the plugin is obsolete for the starter package. If you still need that plugin (for whatever) send me your email address and I will email it.

Yes, you can add your advertisements directly on theme options page. There you will find several ad-spots.

- Yes, you can do that directly from the theme options panel. Then two ads will be displayed as you described.
- You can add your video ads before the game loads but not during the game

- Yes, you can. That’s a theme feature. FunGames and MyArcadeTheme come with that feature
- Yes, it is a WP plugin. Yes, the there is a BuddyPress integration.
