The plugin is a great plugin but it seems to have some bugs or I am missing a settings. I am having two issues
1. The end content setting does not work. I want my users to see their results at the end of the survey but they just get a blank screen. I have selected all the settings under end content section but nothing happens.
2. It skips certain questions on certain devices mainly phones. For some reason it keeps skipping question number two on my survey..

Just checked your website and it seems to be the issue caused by the free version also installed (deactivated) on your site. Please completely remove both plugin, then install Modal Survey again.

I did that but I am still not getting the end content.
I exported the JSON then I removed all the survey plugins and reinstalled the Modal Survey from scratch by downloading the Pro version from codecanyon where i bought it. I then reinstalled it and imported the JSON but still it does not show the end content.
Am I missing something??
After further investigation, just realized the conflict caused by the theme. As I changed it to Twenty Fifteen temporary, it is started to work properly. Please double-check you using the latest version of the theme.

– one question: I ask my users specific questions after every post – so I have as many surveys as posts – on one page I would like to make a survey with all the questions from the posts -
is it possible to combine questions and results from many surveys to one big survey and keep the stats from both in the big survey??

Thank you! 
However, you can display the same survey easily on all posts with the Mode option on the survey edit screen, there are no relations between the different surveys to merge the questions or the results.
Alternatively, you can create the big survey and use the Redirection (under the Answer Options – gear icon at the left side of each answers) to jump between the questions. This way, you can limit the big survey to even few questions only in the posts, then use the overall survey and results on another place.

Yes, the start and expiry time can be set on the survey edit screen.

Yes, the admin area display the username if the participant logged in.
Can we refuse to answer the survey several times?
Yes, you can use the Display once per User or Display once per Filled Out options to prevent completing the survey multiple times.

1. Can I change the theme layout? The width and height isn’t comforting and large. I wanted to change the sizes and place the options under each other – step by step, not side by side.

1. If you mean, placing the answers below each other, then yes, you can do it.
2. The image at the end of the survey displayed by a simple HTML code, therefore you can set your own attributes for the image. The photos, that can be uploaded for answers or questions always fit to the parent container. Certainly, you can add your own CSS code to make further style customization for almost any elements of the plugin.
3. The survey can be displayed by a shortcode on any page/post, including embed or modal (popup) style. It is also possible to specify the width as a shortcode parameter in modal style. In the embed mode, the survey fit to the parent container, therefore it is responsive on any devices.

I would like a user to be able to change their vote if they change their minds. So if today red is my favorite color and tomorrow I prefer blue, then I would like to go back to the poll and change my mind, with the poll results decreasing my old option and increasing my new option accordingly.

The plugin record all individual completions that is clearly visible on the Participants Page through the admin area. That means, all completions will be saved individually for the same user, therefore you can easily see each participating on the admin.
Changing the votes can be done with code customization only as the plugin saving the selection immediately to the database currently when the user click on the answer.

Yes, if you enable the Participants Form at the end of the survey, you can add custom fields to the form, including textarea.
Alternatively, you can also add open text answer to the last question and make it optional with another answer, like Skip this question.

It is not possible to include JavaScript files after the shortcode applied, therefore yes, the main JavaScript files included on all pages. The total size of these files around 200kB, that’s around an average photo size.

Here’s what i’m looking to do:
Create a number of surveys, lets say 5 of them, could be more. Each of those surveys would have 10 data points where i’d be collection a numeric value
“on a scale of 1 to 10 how good are you at….”
The results of each survey would be displayed on a radar chart.
Pretty sure that’s able to be done, yes?
The next part is the tricky part. Can i take a summary value from each of those surveys and plot them on another radar chart? I’m thinking the summary value for the data points on the aggregate chart would be an average of the numeric values collected on each of the individual surveys. If i had 5 surveys i’d have 5 data points on the aggregate graph.
Is that possible?

Yes, the first part can be done easily. There are no relations between the surveys, therefore it is not possible to display the results of different surveys on a single chart without code customization.
I don’t really understand why do you want to create more surveys, instead you can create categories for questions OR answers in one survey, then display the results on a chart based on the categories.

Each of the individual surveys would be, for example, different business competencies, management, finance, logistics, etc. Each of those surveys is likely to have ten or more (but not many more) questions in them. I didn’t know of the ability to do categories thus why i was doing a different survey for each category.
At the present i’m going to treat the aggregate chart of all the individual categories as a “nice to have” until the boss says otherwise.
In the end is the survey results in any way searchable/filterable?

In this case, I think categorizing the questions would be the best option.
The results can be filtered on the admin under the Participants Page, mostly for survey name, date or a specified answer.

I have a presale question. Can people who are not registered on my site still do polls, quizzes, and surveys? Also is everything being answered on the site and not off another site?? I know its a plugin but just asking to make sure. Please answer asap so I can see if this is what I want.

I have a pre-sales question. We’d like to create a test that will be graded. Based on the results of the test, we’d like users to be registered to a particular email list. In other words, if the results received are graded A – people get added to an email list for group A, if they are graded B, they get added to a list for group B. I don’t think your plugin does this (please correct me if I’m wrong), but will it allow me to redirect based on the test results? – I.E. if they are graded A – they get sent to page A, B – they get sent to page B?

It’s correct. However, the plugin doesn’t provide the option to subscribe the user to different email lists based on the selection, you can redirect the browser to different pages based on the answers.
By the way, a subscription feature already available in the plugin, just it is using a single email list instead of multiple ones as you mentioned.

- However, the plugin able to save the username when the survey displayed for registered users only, there is no any further integration with the WordPress users. (eg.: it is not possible to display results in the profile, etc.)
