The problem with schedule report would be that reports are generated in multiple steps, if we try to generate in a single step (necessary for schedule report) it may fail.

FSQM stores all submissions in the database but in a serialized manner. So direct database table access is not possible out of the box. However, the Easy SQL addon creates a dedicated database table per form and stores every question in a separate column. This way, you can directly access the data from database table using tools like phpmyadmin. Hello. Great plugins but I came across an issue that I was wondering if you could help me to find a solution. Basically, the questionnaire has 4 matrix questions and each one has about 10 items. I need to analyse the raw data but when I run a CSV export it puts all 10 attributes in the same cell followed by the answer. Is it possible to have each attribute in a different column with the respective answer?
So I can explain better, each of the 4 questions come up like this:

In this case, I will need to go attribute by attribute and do a breakdown. The sample for this interview is 200 respondents and it would take hours to do that. The reason why I bought the plugin was exactly so I could export the RAW data and analyse the answers in more detail.
I would really appreciate if you could explain how I could automatically split the matrix questions into readable data. I know that there’s the option for xlsx but that is just for final answers, if I need to cross-reference male/female with the answers, it won’t work.

In the cell, it uses your provided delimiters to concatenate the matrix answers into a single cell. There isn’t really a way around this because it needs to work with other cells too. But I guess, with your statistics software, you can recreate the tabular data with the delimiters.

From the comments I see now, your export plugin can not even work properly. Cant export data as it is supposed to. can’t export to excel. can’t format according to questions, can’t show chosen answers. In short, it doesn’t work. and you want me to pay for that?
The features of our addon is listed in our description page. All of them works (as you can see we have many customers and even if we had issues in the past, it has already been resolved). Please use our support forum, we will need admin credentials to look into your WP installation to find out what exactly the problems are.

I want to start to work now, so are you going to make your plugin to export my data? otherwise I have to find another plugin, even the standard and free plugins can do that. And its not about 10 usd, its about ethics. You use too much marketing and you forget customer satisfaction. You can not sell to me the plugin for 35 usd, and then later ask me to pay 10 usd in order to get my data. So did you sell to me a demo?

I am wholeheartedly sorry that you are not satisfied. With the exporter addon you can get the data offline (without coding). The actual data is stored in your server and this addon provides a way to take that offline in a more friendly manner.
As said before, if you wish, you can ask for a refund and when envato contacts us, I will agree with it.

I saw people bought this plugin so I did not check details I trusted, but it seems many people bought in the same way like me. Because your plugin is worth less. similar with free plugging. Now can not even export data, which even free plugins can. you want us to pay for the export of the data. the look and feel is terrible. You designed your website very beautifully to give us impression that your plaguing will looks the same, unfortunately not.
I was thinking to send a complaint as well to Themeforest, how could a plugin be sold while it performs even less than standard plugins, can not even export data, does not look or feel as advertised, need workload hours to work with
you should learn the other standard plugins first before you advertise yours, because when customer pays for a plugins, we hope that it will work much better with more functionalities than the standard ones. Otherwise we feel cheated, fraud.

1. We have an admin demo from where you could see how the plugin actually works before buying. So I do not see how you felt cheated.
2. You are welcome to criticize and we will use it to further improve our plugin. If you want to send complaint to Themeforest, I really do not know what to say against it. It was Themeforest who decided our plugin’s worth.
3. We advertise only what we have to offer. If you think it is not upto the standard or there are free alternatives, we are not forcing you to buy 
4. I am sorry that you felt cheated. The exporter is an addon because it provides a wide array of functionalities. Exporting to XLSX with auto generated charts are not so easy to build and not everyone requires this functionality.

Hi there, I made a quite wide survey with FSQM Pro http://easydentalphotos.com/photo-survey-alpha/ and now it’s time to analyse the data. I’ve purchased and installed also the Exporter for FSQM Pro – Reports & Submissions and I find that the reports only work on CSV format. FSQM Pro> Report & FSQM Pro> Analysis & Export Report both give an error message “HTTP ERROR: parsererror SyntaxError: Unexpected token C…” no matter if I choose Survey/Feedback or both.
Furthermore, the CSV values I get are worthless – actually, the same ones I fetched from the WP database myself – because out of >40 questions i get just one column

Tested with light/moderate/heavy load and Set PHP Memory (in Megabytes) anywhere from 256 to 16000Mb. Set PHP Execution time increased to 1000sec, but I get the error message in 3 seconds anyhow.
I contacted the host regarding your text on http://ipanelthemes.com/kb/exporter-fsqm/exporter-primary-setup/customize-settings-of-exporter-for-fsqm-pro/ “A reason, why the exporter may fail, although having a large memory value is, a maximum memory limit set by your WebHost or Lack of physical memory. Some webhosts use suhosin to limit the maximum memory which would override PHP ini settings and thereby the plugin settings nonetheless. Even some shared host might just BAN you for trying to force increase memory. So please consult your webhost before increasing it.”

Hi, Under in progress for this plugin it states “you suggest” so I have a suggestion. I am having to turn off the plugin until I need it, the reason being is that I do not want all wp-admin to have access to this plugin just to private and sensitive data such as address, telephone number , email address we ask our members to fill in when taking a survey, so having a permissions option in settings would be cool. For example only allow admin to export data, or see plugin. Most of my plugins have this.
