Gawd, this plugin seems to be (almost) perfect for what I need. Just a pre-purchase question:
is it possible to change requested info to make users register?
I mean, I’d need these informations: - first name - last name - email - video url - password (of course)
2nd question: is this plugin compatible with WP All Export or similar, so that I can export partecipants in a CSV?

2. Yes and No. It is wrong question becouse all contestants are WordPress user so there is not some list of contestants. All your existing users can use the contest. So if you export users you aslo export all contestants. So this is why “Yes and No” answer
Ahn okay so contest registration works like a normal user registration in WordPress. So I can actually decide what kind of information I need users to use if the want to take part of the contest.
Contestants = Subscribers Is it true? If a subscriber wants to partecipate just login in the contest page with the information required for the contest but I can use registration form with the information I want and if I need to export users as CSV I can do it with no problem.

It is not Your browser just have old CSS file. Only what you must do is refrech the page in your browser.
Hi is it possible for buddypress user on my site to upload videos from their pc? Do they have to register extra to upload a video?
Hi. Yes all buddypress users can use contest without registration becouse all users are 100% integrated to WordPress. So it is compactible 100%. But it is not possible upload video directly becouse of several technical reasons (processing video need hughe space and computing power which basic hosting can not provide). Users must use Vimeo, Youtube or DailyMotion for that

Also, are we able to allow people to submit the FULL video url from YouTube and not just the video ID? Alot of people are having issues with only being allowed to submit the ID and not the full URL like https://youtu.be/Pe71U80uRP8
Hi. But the system is set to add every possible URL from 3 different sources. It is not possible add only ID as you describe

Sorry. Add 3 most common sources is ok. It is not about work just add source is not the problem, problem is when source udpate links. Example youtube updates links more then 5 times and you have 5 links from youtube domain another 5 youtu.be links not only from videos but embed links and links from lists and of course you have 5 another links from mobile devices m.youtube etc. The same is vimeo, daylimotion etc. It is a mess check all links if is worked sometimes just one source change link from http to https and i must change code and fix 60 instalation by users on support. No 3 most common sources are fair

Bought it months ago. Put it to trash. Unusable. Never asked for something in return. Now, I install it on my website; not compatible with page builder. The menu show up, but not the page (using the shortcodes). Still not usable months after the purchase.
Hi. My plugin is normal plugin using shortcode. Nothing special . 90% all functions are inside the wordpres. If your page builder can not show ordinary other plugins so it is the plugin who is broken? No.. My plugin is created for WordPress. But if you use plugin which rebuild the whole content of the WordPress so you can not blame ordinary plugins. If the page builder change whole content display and someting is wrong it is responsible. My plugin does not change anything inside the wordpress but page builder does.
The first time I used it, everything with it went wrong. There was no page builder. Just to see if I could ‘blame’ the plugin, I installed it on a fresh wordpress installation and jhour ago. Guess what? Not working. When I use the menu, it’s a loop that lead me to the same page. I am probably the one to blame. I just worked with 100 of wordpress installation. I probably don’t know how it works, heh?
It’s easy to blame my theme, since you never asked which problem I had, which theme I had, which page builder I own, which plugins are installed. On the other hand, I know how my website is running and I know that your plugin (and his shortcode) is the only one not working now.
You should stop trying to blame the others theme and ask some questions to your customers so maybe you could give some advice instead of trying to protect yourself. I am a customer. I am a ‘not so satisfied’ customer. That should be your main problem. I never asked for a refund or nothing. Sometime business could learn from custmer.
I have tested my plugin on 60 themes. Free and also premium. Never have problem you describe. Even non of my customers. I have tested new version 4 months every day.You just only one who have issue like that. So yes i blame your theme or your plugin. Actually if you find another theme with the same problem i ask envato my self for refund to you. Yes i am so confident. Becouse after 4 months of testing 10-12 hours daily i know that product was released is perfect. And customers show it in feedback. Do not be angry at me just be fair and try it your self. My plugin does not change nothing inside the wordpress. All options in settings are original wordpress options, every video is original wordpress post and every user and stored information about video is also 100% wordpress post meta information. All function for registration and all functions with submission use original wordpress functions. All you need to do is add both shortcodes to your page. If have theme page builder turn off the page builder for that page if page builder not work correctly. But i can fix only my plugin.
One more thing if you see is the menu and nothing else are you sure that you add both shortcodes not only one?
Both shortcode are inserted. But as I said, I am not asking for anything. I know you can’t make it work for every theme in the world. Turning of the page builder would be like…destroying my whole website…for a plugin. Not gonna happen.
It’s just sad that i’ve tried 3 times without being able to use it but I am happy for other customers who made it work. One day maybe i’ll be able to use it with another theme if needed.

Hi. Of course you can create page for results and becouse image and users are 100% intergrated to wordpress you can do Winners list or someting like that.

Hi. It is not possible at this time. You can run only one contest at the time. I want to do multicontest version in one of future updates. Next update comes out in one or two weeks. But in this update willl be another new features not this one.
ok why not just allow admin to create the contest in the page build and just add the option to set the dates. if you use the shortcodes to call the commands it should work. or add a category option to the plugin so it will only show that category or topic. and can have a option in the post build to link the prizes and rules to the contest ok for example add a drop down menu with the category or you can add it to the page build and add a drop down menu. this would clear up the that issue with that.
