Customer Support Update
Hello everyone! I have an announcement to make regarding customer support. It has been a hard couple of months for me and I was unable to provide support due to lack of time, but that will change. I want to thank all of my customers and to apologize for not providing support.
In an effort to provide super fast, quality support and to save precious time I have purchased a ticket support system which I’m installing as I write this. It will be available soon at www.nikolaydyankovdesign.com/support and I encourage everyone to use it. The support forums at support.nikolaydyankovdesign.com will be taken down shortly after the new system is up and running.

I’m a web craftsman mainly focused on design and front-end development. I love building sites and content that moves and breathes, hopefully you can see it in my products.
What am I doing here? Well. I have many ideas that I want to bring to life, some of them are bad, some – bold, and through this marketplace I can do it, and probably make a living in the meantime.
If you have purchased any of my items and you require support, please head over to the support forums for the best support that I can provide.
Two main reasons for you to prefer forums:
- Fast answers, I keep the forums open all the time when I’m working;
- Someone else might be having the same issues with the item, so chances are you will find a solution to your problem without even having to post.
- Customers can help each other if they choose to!
- I get lots of emails, it’s really easy to lose track and forget to answer someone. Nobody wants that to happen, right?
