I get lots of new mails asking for support every day. Solving each inquiry takes some time.

I’d like to mention that CodeCanyon isn’t my main business and I have other important projects I’m working on. And I have a family. It means that I’m not 24/7 on CodeCanyon so please be patient when asking for support and keep in mind that usually I answer within 3-4 days, but sometimes when I’m really overloaded – it can take up to 7 days.

Currenlty I provide support only for bugs / issues. I don’t have free time for any custom development orders, please don’t ask to add any features to my plugins.
