What are the assets along with the file? Also I wanted to add fields like phone number and zip code to the form, can you help with this? Thank you. It would be nicer to have a little more in depth read me for a $10 wordpress plugin.

So I just paid 10 dollars for an ajax WP contact plugin with absolutely no options? The documentation of the product does not specify either way about adding fields, sorry I just assumed you had better documentation on the assumption that you included more options in the framework. Now knowing how limited it is out of the box I apologize, the documentation included was well suited for the code. But I guess when you always “assume” you usually end up looking like an ass. My fault.

I thought this would have saved me some time, since that is why codecanyon is around, to save us time. Premium code and content, I could have spent the time hunting through free wordpress plugins to achieve this, or spent the hour and a half which I ended up doing to make my own. Thank you for the inspiration.

Nice, clean, coded plugin though. Not bashing just saying this should have a much lower price, say $5. Not sure if I am miffed at Envato for allowing the price, or the developer for getting this price.

If I was the dev I would have probably done the same thing….

I installed this plugin and attempted to activate it, and received the error that the”The plugin does not have a valid header.”

What am I doing wrong?

This contact form is just what I was looking for…when I activate it, there must be some JS conflict going on because my image slider stops working, any ideas how I fix this??

Hmm… thought this would be the perfect solution for a simple contact form in my footer. I’ve got it styled and ready to go, however, when sending a test message I get this:

Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Failed to connect to mailserver at "localhost" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set() in C:\xampp\htdocs\Wire\wp-content\plugins\ajax-contact-form\scripts\ajax.php on line 65

To make sure it had nothing to do with me developing the site on my local server, I tried out the plugin on a live site w/ no traffic that I use as a playground to test things and it didn’t work there either, but didn’t give me an error, just a pink box.

Any help would be appreciated. I’m not afraid to dig into the code a bit. Thanks!

I DONT KNOW HOW TO EDIT IN THIS CRAZY CODES , HEHEHEH i downloaed the file and than uploaded the file to plugins, after i went to edit, but there is no panel, there is a tet area with a lot of code, what do i do? maybe is because didnt extract the zip? if yes, how do i extract it, i am on a mac

I love this contact form because it is clean code, easy to install [WP 3.0 +], easy to customize, [edit css; colors, bgs, txt, borders etc ] ....and since I also purchased

... and it doesn’t break any other plugins that I use or break the theme I use

Made life a lot easier for me.. probably have to buy extended license

ps. No, I am not related to the author nor have I ever even talked to him I just think WP users sometimes overlook gems like this and wanted to share it with others
