Hi there,

Sorry, but live preview is not available

Thank you for the heads up! Looks like I had some server issues. It should be up now.

You can see the code on a production site there, but if you’d like a more in-depth preview, let me know and I’ll help you with that.

grandslampools.com?

Yes, it is installed there. Do you have a specific question regarding the site or the plugin?

I was trying to work out where the demo was on the site

Does this work with universal analytics?

brettfarrow

The current version does not, but I’m working on an update which will have be compatible with universal analytics.

I’ve finished updating the plugin to include support for both Universal Analytics and Classic Analytics. In fact, it works even if both are installed at the same time.

im not really clear as to what this plugin does or how it works?

brettfarrow

It relies on the analytics code as well as jQuery (which is included in WP by default), but it also loads a single script file that’s 2.5 KB so that it can count the scrolls and send the info to GA.

And let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, and I’ll keep doing my best to help.

And I made one mistake on my previous comment, it’s now called the Behavior section, not Content. I used the old name out of habit.

Hi,

I just purchased this plug-in, installed, and then activated it. I can’t tell how to start using it. Where do I access settings for the plug-in? Also, where do I view the scrolling data?

Thanks, Joel

Hi Joel,

I haven’t yet implemented a settings page for this plugin. By default, it keeps track of page scrolling in 20% intervals. If you’d like that tweaked or customized, let me know and I’ll help you with that specifically.

The scrolling data will be in your Google Analytics account. It will be stored under the Behavior section, under the option called Events. In there, you can break down the data however you like.

Let me know if you have any trouble with it or have any more questions. Thanks for purchasing!

Brett
