Pre-sales question…Can this plugin load an advert before your frontpage loads? So the user sees the advertisement before they see anything else?

Install it and do not find it, I add the code and not work, what can it be?

Did anyone get this working? I could not does nothing. It shows my ad image however Skip Ad is un-clickable, no timer working, just hangs on image forever.
