Hi,

I just install the plugin but i found out a few bugs:

1st – The captcha don’t appear; 2nd – The Enquiries don’t display in Woocommerce >> Product Enquiries (empty after a few tests); 3rd – We don’t have any idea were the form was filled (product from information)

We are using Woocommerce plus MayaShop

Yes so the above says updated for LATEST WordPress which is 3.9. In other words it has been tested and works in 3.9. It’s not broken and useless, it specifically stated it was for WordPress 3.6 and since you commented saying it didn’t work, i made a fix for it.

I cannot issue refunds im afraid. Maybe if you provided me with some login details i can take a look at it and find out why it isnt working.

With this test site with WooCommerce installed is fatal error after clicking send button: http://shopfurniture.digitohter.ee/tooted/kapid/suur-kapp/

With main site is blank page after clicking send button. No email sent. Update doesn’t change nothing. Both sites running in WP 3.9. In test site I tested also before WP update with WP 3.8.3. Blank page and nothing.

I have another question. The plugin was working fine till 3.8 and now with 3.9 there is only one issue. It is getting this error when we submit the form

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_user_logged_in() in /home/agesduba/public_html/wp/wp-includes/post.php on line 2185

Let me know why and in case you need I can provide the login details. The plugin is really wonderful and well thought off, but only one request. There was in the previous plugin a default MESSAGE “Your query about this Product Name” this would automatically come in, i felt that was awesome and since you have removed it in newer plugin, i seek to have it back…

Blank Screen when message is submitted. No message is sent. This is not good.

I just purchased and installed the plugin. I notice something is weird whereby when user clicks the enquiry tab, the email field is pre-filled with the admin email address?

Shouldn’t the email field be left blank so user will enter their email address for us to reply to the user later on?

Please help to look into it as soon as possible.

Hi,

If you are logged in when viewing the form it will populate the email field with the current users email. If you are not logged in, this will be left blank.
