Website Cost Estimator for Your Clients - WP

V2.0 – Released! This version is made to adhere closer to WP plugin standards and better email handling. Instead of using the host email address the plugin will use your personal email address in an effort to stop emails from landing in your spam box.

V1.8 – Released! This version has many new features but the most significant is the option to hide pricing. Doing this makes it possible to collect information from potential clients without displaying prices!

Giving your clients an INSTANT quote/estimate for a website has never been easier. I have done all the leg work and made it easy for you to implement and customize a website cost estimator on your site.
The goal of this plugin is to make it super simple to allow potential clients to get a quote for a website.
This app is ready to run right out of the box, but can also be VERY easily customized. Using the Settings Panel.

• Choose from 2 payment gateways (Google or Paypal)
• Turn off all payment gateways and just use contact form
• Detail email sent to yourself and potential clients
• Custom message to potential client
• Hide prices and costs, to use more as a quotation tool.

I am asked quite a bit about how customizable this plugin is. Every word can be customized. Widgets and Extras can be added/hidden. You have a choice between 2 payment gateways, PayPal and/or Google Checkout. You can turn off the payment option if you would just like to have the estimator truly act as an estimator. If you want even more control (like adding more sections or moving Items around), I have an HTML version with CLEAR documentation. With a little knowledge of HTML /CSS/jQuery/PHP you can customize everything.

12/5/11 Version 1.5: This is an update to stop jQuery collisions on some themes.

12/4/11 Version 1.4: Changed the next button to be customizable text. Toggle on/off payment gateways. Fix firefox comment issue. Google Checkout – fixed extra titles and widget titles in contact email – Added ability to change order summary titles – Added custom message to client in at the top of the email – Added return page option to PayPal and Google Checkout – Added message customization after the form is submitted.

Like always you will need to deactivate and delete the plugin and then re-install the new plugin to get the new features.

12/2/11 – CSS update. This should hopefully cause less clashes with themes. Again I will post when these have been approved by code canyon. All you will have to do is re-download the plugin and then, deactivate/delete the old and then re-install the new.

12/1/11 – I have uploaded an updated file with better data sanitation for the settings panel. As soon as the update has been approved by Code Canyon I will post another update here.
