Hi I have the latest WPBakery it came bundled with my theme & I have noticed that since yesterday the youtube video background does not work anymore this is in my console log:

Hello, As you got WPBakery Page Builder within a theme, you will need to contact your theme author for support or use our support at support.wpbakery.com (You will require a direct license of WPBakery Page Builder for support access).

Hello WPBakery Team, I am trying to update the wpbakery page builder plugin but it shows an error – Download failed. cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds. The website is completely messed and I am unable to update the plugin. Please suggest me a solution on how to solve this issue.
Also, the I am unable to activate the plugin. It shows only two options: Delete and Update Required.

I’ve tried several times to purchase a license for the theme, which was originally purchased through Code Canyon. I keep getting various error messages on the WP Bakery website when I try to submit my CC information, including it’s an invalid amount (the site sets the price, there’s no way for me to put in a dollar amount), that I’m trying to make a duplicate transaction, and more. I’ve tried different browsers, but it doesn’t work through any of them. There’s also no way to contact your support team without owning a license. This is incredibly frustrating. I just want to give you my money. Please let me know how I can do so.

Hi, i have had to reduce all my sites down from PHP7.3 to PHP7.0 as WPBakery is not working on a page above PHP7.0 is there a fix as my server wants me to upgrade to php7.3 as all else is outdated.

we seem to be having an issue on more than one website where WPBakery Page builder is installed. Basically in the editing of a page, the page layout boxes are all showing as vc code and you can’t switch between ‘text’ and ‘visual’ or see the backend editor.
We are not sure what has happened here, one of the websites is all up to date with wordpress and the theme, I’ve deactivated plugins etc to see if there’s a conflict and it still doesn’t bring the editor back, just wondered if you had any other solutions?

Hello, There can be an issue if any of the plugin or theme is relying on jquery migrate which is not enabled by default since WordPress 5.5 release. We can recommend you to try using a plugin such as: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/ which will enable it back.

So my site is working tonight. I’m not sure what happened, but there was an update to Wordpress on my cPanel that updated (I hadn’t done that part, just updated it in wordpress directly) and an update for the Envato Market which also helps update this plugin. One of them did the trick so if anyone else having these issues hasn’t updated their cPanel’s version of Wordpress, and Envato Market, try that and see if they fix it. It’s the only things I changed since trying the jquery fix that didn’t work so hopefully this helps some others too.
The plugin don’t auto update properly since Version 5.4.5 (we bought it before this version and until then the auto updates worked). Why do I have to renew the support when the problem is not our fault and our site is listed as registered with this plugin..
