Hi there, i have got your incredible plugin with a bundle purchase with the Total theme, i updated the plugin to 4.12 (4.12.1 latest) but my problem still occurs. Im using image galleries on many of my clients pages and recently the thumbnails started disappearing after a new image is added to the image gallery. Tested with all other plugins disabled, still getting the samer error.
Hello, please discuss it with your theme author so he can look into this and if necessary contact us so we can work together to resolve it.

I’ve been using Visual Composer for a client project but can’t seem to see how I can use Flexbox for row/columns.
I noticed on your website you have a div with the following classes:
vc_row vc_flex-row
I can’t see any options within Visual Composer to use Flexbox for layout – is there something I’m missing?

For centring content in a row you can use content position in row params.

I found that option in internal RAW settings! Why is not it in the normal RAW settings?

I currently have this plugin as a pre-installed in a theme I purchased but I am interested in buying it as well, to have my own license. However, I would like to know whether you have fixed the issue with W3 Total Cache? Currently, when you activate w3 Total cache and tick minify etc then some of the items on the homepage produce unwanted large white spaces. Are you aware of this? it is widely complained about by many users. Please et me know if it has been fixed in your latest version or when it will be fixed. The version I have via my theme author on their own license is Visual Composer version 4.12.
Please advise asap! It is urgent! Thank you.
I also forgot to mention, the space appears silently above our Masterslider plugin which is inserted via the visual composer interface – on our homepage. Thanks!

Hello, it seems you have some inbuilt version and you try to install standalone. Please make sure to remove old version manually, install new one and then activate.

Hello, please make sure to have VC updated up to the latest version. Also if you are using any addons for VC, like Easy Tables or Templatera – make sure to updat them as well. It should resolve the issue.

On how many sites may I install the plugin with the license???
Hello, with one license you can use VC on one site. So if you have 2 sites you will need 2 licenses and so on.

I am interesting in purchasing an extended licence and convert it into a stock license for the purpose of using it a new theme that i am developing.
I have a few questions : 1. Do i need to provide a link of the theme after i am finished or i can convert the license without actually having the theme yet. So should i convert it now and start developing or should i start developing and convert it at the end when the theme is done. What guarantees do i have that i will receive the stock license ?
2. Is it one time purchase or you take a percent of sales ?
Hello, thanks for your interest in VC. As for your questions – you just need to specify theme name – that’s it. As for 2. question – no additional fees are required there – it is one time payment. I have activated my license, but when I try to update the plugin I get the following error message:
An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: Download link could not be retrieved

Hello, please try to download it manually from codecanyon.net/downloads – then remove previous version (deactivate it first) and then install new one. Maybe this is due to outdated version of VC.

I am currently running into an issue on one of my clients’ websites. I tried the method outlined in @Alexadark’s question here – https://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments?page=247, but after implementing the change all the content in VC disappeared.
The information is still on the page source (via Chrome Dev Console) but nothing shows. I reverted the old file and restored the backup ’/helpers.php.bak’, now all the images are misaligned or just literally print “n”.
Not sure what happened, and restoring the original file didn’t resolve it.
Update – It appears as though the “text block” section is the part that is broken. Any content (text or pictures) that is placed in a “text block” will return:

I have also bought your product, but when I install and try to activate I get, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have an active license, never been able to use it and wondering how to get this working. Hey I am not going to renew support for this product unless you can get it working for me on one domain – at least.

Well that did not work. Whenever I try to activate the license by clicking the link, I get the message that says, “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Hello! Just wanted to let you know that there is an issue with the video player which is included in VC. If you want to put a youtube video to fullscreen, it only puts the whole website into fullscreen but not the video. Kind regards, Andreas

Hello thanks for you answer! I just found out that this only happens when you put the video inside of an animation container. Animation block is from Ultimate Addons for Visual composer though, so it’s not really one of your problems. It works fine anyway if you put it outside of that animation block. I would just like to make a suggestion: maybe it would be great to enable and disable certain video options. Like: show related videos, show video title and so on…

Hi, for full size image i meant: when i click on the image, the image open on a modal. On this modal can i add the icon to enlarge the image to a full size? because on mobile, the image modal after click is large as the mobile screen, but if the user want, he can enlarge to a full view of this image… i hope now is more clear my question
