Works well but the pull-out button is rotated on IE 9.

Is there a way to publish feedback right away and show on the list without admin having to ‘review’ the post? You said that it is controlled by site-wide pre-moderation setting. But I don’t know how? Can you explain? I purchased usernoise pro yesterday.

Hello! Sorry for confusion, I reviewed the code and – all the feedback is pre-moderated currently. I think I’ll add an option for that. Currently, you can quickly change that by modifying wp-content/usernoise/inc/model.php, line 79 – replace “pending” with “publish” http://d.pr/i/zbe7

Currently, it is possible with some custom coding. All the feedback is stored as posts with type un_feedback, so you can query it with query_posts(‘post_type=un_feedback’) and show it in a generic WP loop. I did not create a solution for that yet because the HTML will be highly specific to your site design.

Hello! Please do the next: 1. Unzip the file downloaded. 2. Go to “latest” folder if needed 3. You’ll find “usernoise” and “usernoise-pro” folders inside it. 4. Upload both to your site’s wp-content/plugins folder with FTP client of your choice. 5. Log into your site’s admin area, go to Plugins, find Usernoise and Usernoise Pro and click “activate” next to both of them. That’s all. Thanks!

Hi I noticed a conflict with my theme. My theme has a share button at the end of each page. When enabled Usernoise the button disappears.

I would like to make this brilliant plugin into RTL. However adding direction:rtl; to the body of the html did not help. Only adding it to #viewport worked but it does not do what I wanted to do. I also need to add ‘seamless’ attribute into the iframe but I could not find where to put. Could you please guide me?

Hi, I am planning to buy the pro version. I have already tried the free WordPress version. In the free version, nothing gets published after the feedback is approved. Is that the same behavior in pro version as well.

Free version does not have an UI to publish the feedback approved (it has a backend API though). And Pro adds a side list of the feedback submitted.

Hello I just purchased the UserNoise Pro. I installed shortly after my purchase and now my blog is not longer working. I can’t even log into my website on the back in. Hello! It is really strange that you have this problem – you are the first one who reports it . You can quick fix it by deleting Usernoise-Pro folder with FTP client. Can you please contact me directly with your site admin credentials so I could find why does Usernoise break your site? I think you have some code that changes something in WordPress initialization sequence thus breaking Usernoise.
