URL Shortener is built using Mokoala CMS, the Mokoala installation guide covers how to install this script, If you decide to insall this scipt in a sub-directory of the domain root then you will need to change theRewriteBase parameter in the .htaccess file included in the root. For instance if you installed the script in the /url/ directory you would change the RewriteBase to /url/.
