Is possible to add the barcode sign with the invoice number

There is no barcode generation within UCM. However if you have a 3rd party web based program that can generate a barcode from url ( eg: http://yourwebsite.com/barcode_generator.php?id=12345 ) then you can certainly include that in the invoice template as an image.

Hello, I am Brazilian and here is a means of payment using too called “billet” is so I looked in your system there is no way to generate this docket to registered customers. Could you guys implement this option then I make the purchase of the system? The billets would be for banks: Caixa, HSBC, Itau bank in Brazil, Bradesco because they sound the major banks that work. There is a system called boletoPHP free system for developers http://boletophp.com.br/ With this API you can use in your system Just so thank you I’ll be waiting for an answer

Hi dtbaker, I just love UCM, it’s incredibly helpful to me. :-)

There are two little things I would like to ask.

Could you please implement a Checkbox for the Newsletter view, so subscribers who did not complete the double opt in could easily be selected and deleted? At the moment I’m counting over 300 Spam Subscriptions and its a pain in the.. finger… to click on each and every one to remove it from the newsletter. (Maybe the system could also benefit from a Captcha)

The other thing is, are you planing to implement professional translations of UCM, at least for german? ;-)

I do have one feature request, Is it possible to change the output of the “Invoice Payment Due” tab on the Homepage from showing Invoice Numbers [such as “176426 (last sent 25 days ago)” ] to the Names of the Jobs attached to them? For example, on the Homepage the Invoices would read something like [ ExampleSite.com Website Updates (last sent 25 days ago) ] instead of [ 176426 (last sent 25 days ago) ]

Is something like this possible?

Hello, I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to set time along with the date in the fields: Start Date, Due Date and Finished Date?

2. Also, can this invoicing scenario be completed with UCM: I have a client and I’m working simultaneously on 3 jobs (=projects) for him, each job has several ongoing tasks (some completed, some still running). At the end of the month I want to issue a single invoice to this client including all completed tasks on the 3 jobs. The important thing here is I don’t need 3 invoices for each job but a single invoice for all finished tasks. Con this be achieved automatically rather than creating a manual invoice and manually adding each completed job?

3. Can I add a column to the Invoice Item next to the Description field (e.g. Service name) or another custom field I have set in the job/client?

1) unfortunatley jobs/invoices/tasks are only based on dates, not times. Adding this feature is not currently possible.

2) Yes this is possible with the automatic invoice merge feature. Create an invoice for the first job (but don’t “send” it to the customer yet) then go back to the other job and create an invoice from there as well. After creating the second invoice it will prompt you to merge this invoice with the previous unsent invoice.

3) At the moment it’s not possible through the UCM interface, however if you are familiar with PHP this could be added with a moderate level of difficulty. Alternative you can click on the little arrow next to the task name and enter in some additional text there.

Is is possible to find a workaround for times in tasks/jobs?

I want to use UCM for managing projects which are not related to website design, etc.

I receive a task for a project, say at 10 am and need it delivered at 5 pm. I want the users to set and see the deadlines (and possibly be alerted when they’re overdue).

All other functions fit well for my purposes.

Can you use Automated Recurring Billing with the Authorize.net payment module? Meaning, can you present the client with a form to setup a recurring payment (subscription) & give them a way to cancel it?
