Hi. Is there an easy way to disable the plugins you don’t need in the pro version?

Yes there is an easy way, just go to settings -> advanced look for plugin_enabled_ and change the plugin you wish to disable from 1 to 0, done.

hi, i neeed to add images inside quotations and invoices. its possible? to make upload directy form my machine or need to be in web and after add a url for img? the field for text area and images and others are very small. its possible to increse the size?? tks, mva

You can add an image (for example, a company logo) to an invoice. Upload your logo somewhere (eg: to imgur.com or your website) and then go to Settings > Templates > ‘invoice_print’ and insert your image.

Hi dtbaker.

I certainly appreciate all of your hard work and talent you have put into this program.

Working with Customer Groups at the moment, I find myself wondering if there is a way to create a sub group. For example you have the primary Customer Group, say Retail, then create sub groups under that such as Men’s, Women, Medical, Work etc. A parent, child relationship.

Hi dtbaker.

For clarification, say for example there is a Product Named Gizmo identified by the Category of GizmoGizmo. The product is obsolete, no longer available and is deleted from Category and Products. There are a thousand invoices with the old, no longer available product identified on the invoices/jobs, in the system, with all of the same Customers buying new products replacing the old.

I want to confirm that a deleted Product (Gizmo) for Invoice and Job, along with the assigned Category, will remain in the original Job/Invoice created when the Product/Category was valid.

I have tested it, and it seems to be the case and am asking for confirmation in case I need to be aware of anything else.

Yup they will stay in the invoices/jobs after delete.

Pre-sale question: the calendar, is this your own code or is this using Google Calendars?

Yep the calendar is separate to Google Calendar, it is all built into UCM.
