i have played around with it abit and the chinese option could use some adjusting.

It would be good if you could have both Chinese pinyin and chinese characters as many non chinese speakers use pinyin.

Hello sitebase I need to intergrate a sript simlar to this for wp301 with front end and admin end Working with the currency converter for frontend only I have another javascript plugin running for a food menu What id like it to do is when the language is selected on frontend site menu description changes but i would also like it to change the prices to currency of the languages. I would want the translator for the admin side independant of the frontend. Would you consider a rolled up script io include all this as a custm plugin for me? Rob

translate and demo not work!

The tool doesn’t work since it is using v1 (deprecated) from Google translate API . Besides this is now a service based in pay-per-use.

When using the tool the translate function returns the following:

{“responseData”: null, “responseDetails”: “Please use Translate v2. See http://code.google.com/apis/language/translate/overview.html" rel="nofollow", “responseStatus”: 403}

Unfortunately script doesn’t work anymore.

Google’s translate API is now paid service. That’s why it kinda lost all meaning. You will have to pay for each translation you make with Google Translate API .

What a waste! I truly wouldn’t expect this from Google.
