Task Manager - Google Calendar + Email Integration

I just has one question why dont have auto save with jquery then i move a date?

Well lets say that we have entered a date and the end of the calendar. Then you can and move date with your mouse, but there is no java that handle (). AutoSave for mysql. Each time I move the date, it doesent save the “move” action in to the database.

it would be nice to answer all these questions here so we can see if this is working to buy and if this has abilities to do some things. Even your demo has some probs that is mentioned here by users

1) your demo calendar is not working at all (just stays on loading)

2) I went ahead and purchased in hopes the Google Calendar would work. All I want to do is have my answering service add/view/edit events in my Google Calendar. It shows events maybe 5% of the time.. the remaining 95% it says “Unable to retrieve calendar data. Your calendar is empty for this date range or is not set up.” Ack!

3) I have to sign in to Google Calendar AND authenticate the app with Google every time I login??

If I can somehow figure out why the app is only connecting to my Gmail account 5% of the time AND find a way to store my login information, I will be very pleased (or am I not using this right?).

Though has some flaws like:

1. Why can’t Admin edit all the tasks? 2. Why does the users are permitted to edit or delete the tasks themselves (given by admin or other users)? 3. Why does the users are permitted to view the tasks(All Tasks – other than assigned to him) assigned to other users?

I have created several tasks all set at different percentages on different dates however No Reminder e-mails are coming through.

I have default due date set as 1

When or how are reminder e-mails sent for tasks ?

Good Day, Love your application and would like to add it to my website, but had a quick question about the functionality before I download it and find it doesn’t fulfill the need. Does the present version create one single calendar that everyone uses and views? ... if so, is there a way to create a calendar that would be personal to each user – where they could create; update; send email updates; share and delete entries as they desire? If not, is there a chance that the present version could be customized to do so? If that is not a option, then would you be interested in discussing developing a web app that would allow for that? Hey I want to buy this but need to know a few things first:

1. Can you set admin to be the only one that can edit and delete a task?

2. Can you set up more then one admin?

3. Can you set the calendar to be default view instead of task list?

1 – This is I believe built on FullCalendar isnt it? Does it it JSON feed from mysql & can we use without Google calendar? 2 – Can I edit add task to include end times also spanning multiple days? 3 – Can we colour by catergory [Holiday, Illness etc etc]

Can be very very interesting to have a groups, and assign task to groups (and more notification users)

This application is way below standard. Most of the problems mentioned above are still unresolved in the most recent build.

I like this item and am ready to buy only need to clarify a few things first

1. Can a user (or group of users) be blocked to see other people tasks i.e. is their a setting where a user is only entitled to see his own task. 2. Is there any hierarchical levels you have included in the app like admin, supervisor, user etc. 3. Is there a user guide / documentation which I can read before buying. 4. Can some tasks be private i.e. only the admin can see it 5. Can the user/asignee be blocked to delete / edit that task that is assigned to him 6. Is there a setting wherein a task is checked as completed only after the supervisor / admin approves it.
