hello, your file says it is compatible with 5.x php version. this is actually not correct.

It is compatible with 5.2+ I have php 5.1, which doesn’t support json_encode() function which protector.class.php uses.

is it possible to get a refund? my server won’t allow your script to work with 5.1

How do I add file attachment as a field?

I just bought this file and I can’t open it beacuse it is a .rar file.

Is there anyway I can get a .zip please?

I am trying to install this script for someone who has hired me to install this, and I am running into this error that I cannot seem to solve.. I have NOT edited anything besides the general email (smtp) info..

I noticed that whenever I get emails through this form, all the text doesn’t have formatting. Most notably is returns.

Is there any code you can tell me where to put it so I can fix this, or can you give me a new file that will replace the old one that would fix this problem?

It’s really annoying when I’m trying to read emails from my contacts.

Unless you are a programmer this form is very difficult to edit. The help file is absolutely dismal. There are no instructions what so ever on how to change the form fields, remove validation from any of the fields, deal with default values etc.

I’m no programmer but have never had an issue working with contact forms in the past. Had this form had proper help files I have no doubt I would have handled it fine. After spending five hours with it I’m dumping it and going back to my old form.

Total waste.

Can someone please tell me how I can get this form sent to more than one email address? I need to be able to CC or BCC a few other people in the sales department.

i’ve coded my new website, and got your contact script integrated, everything works fine.

but, as i tried the same script on my webserver (gridservice / mediatemple) it doesn’t work complete right. tthe script sends an email, but gives not a visual feedback, that the email has been successfully send. mistyped input (e.g. email) gives an visual feedback.

i dunno how to fix this one :/
