Is the author going to update this for the latest version of WordPress? It doesn’t work right in bbPress generated pages.

Two question though: How do I prevent this plugin from appearing in bbPress 2.0 forum listing pages? Is it possible to have this plugin show up at the end of a forum page (post view)?

When I exclude pages, it will not save them. Any way to fix? Can I enter them directly in the db?
