You do not even mention the server issue in your advertising section. You really should make it clear that the system will only work on a windows sever BEFORE people buy it.

I bought this plugin several months ago and have only just tried it.

The plugin works fine up to the send point where it freezes on “Waiting 3 Seconds”

I have tried it on IE, FF, Chrome, Safari on Pc and Mac and they all give the same result.

This is extremely frustrating!

That never seemed to get a complete answer.

I have now fixed the problem, the code was always looking for the files in the root directory and I need this to be in a password protected folder elsewhere to stop unwanted hackers etc.

I wrote a small application to tell your code where the correct directory is for the files and it worked.

For future reference I would advise you to give instructions or an option to allow users to store the files in a different folder other that the root of the site.

Works great now. Good system now i got it working!
