Why I provide support?

Support is not compulsory for Envato authors, but I’m providing support free of charge for all my items to help buyers to get the most out of my items and because I will always strive to have bugs free products.

Before asking questions

Before asking questions, please be sure that you have read PDF documentation files which came packaged with your download. The documentation covers installation, usage, plugin options and settings, links to videos (where available), and often answers most common questions about using the plugin. PDF documents are always included and located in the docs directory in every plugin package.

What is included in support?

Support covers getting setup, using features and fixing general bugs or issues with my items. Please note that in many cases bugs can be caused by the conflict with theme or some other plugins and in that case, I can help identify the problem, but I can’t fix third party products for you.

What about Customization?

Support does not cover any customization to purchased item. If you need some extra features, I can do customization for you for a fee, and more about that you can find here.

How to get support?

Best method for getting support is through SMARTPlugins support forums. You can also use comments on CodeCanyon for each item to get support. Do not use Twitter, Facebook or direct email contact to ask for support! Only users with verified purchase codes can get support!

Support Time

I’m usually online from 10:00 to 19:00 CET on work days, and sometimes over the weekend. I will try to respond to support forum topics or comments on CodeCanyon as soon as possible, but it can take up to 36 hours (on work days) to respond.
