Your web config is set to hide errors.
Change the line below from On to Off, then I can see which error happened.
<configuration> <system.web> <customErrors mode=”Off”/> </system.web> </configuration>
Hi, I just bought the form and cannot seem to get it to work. I uploaded to the hosting server and get a 500 error. I’m a beginner and in need of help on how to set this up. Is there a more thorough documentation anywhere? Please advise. Thanks.

I uploaded all the files as is to the server and receive this error: 500 – Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. Is there an instruction on how to use this file? Thanks.

There is no instruction, you need just upload to the server. Be sure you are running it on Windows Server.
