Yes, this online use counter script will work on WordPress just fine.

I’m assuming that this would require a database to achieve, but would it be incredibly hard to incorporate a function that would allow you to print out the “record” of the most people ever online at any one given time along with what date/day that was on?

With the Image thingy (“There are __ Users..”) can you use any text font for that? or does it have to be preset?

How does it measure users?

how many people are on the site? how many people on the home page?

I’m weary of buying stuff from TF after getting my fingers burnt many times, can you please show me a JPG preview of the files folder. Also, JustHost only allow databse naming, no copy and paste stuff, would that be a problem for your script?

I was just wondering… I have a custom development and wonderd if this could show ie students, staff, admin, guest users?

Hello, i have a problem, it’s only showing ‘1 user online’ UNLESS i open another browser (and it’s showing 2).

I mean, my website would show normally at leat 4 viewers (since i asked my friends to go on it to check + my iphone) but it’s stuck on 1 viewer :

Plus , another weird thing, i have right now 3 active connection to my website (1 on FF, 1 on IE, 1 on my iphone)

-on the FF and IE browser it’s showed : 2 viewers online -on the iphone it’s showed : 1 viewser online

(i can add that they are active connection, not IDLE >15mins)

I need to collect online users from all my pages (so i’ve set up the code on my header template) but i don’t want to print the users online info there…

Is it possible to run one script for counting online users and another one for printing data?

Hello there, If this script dosent need a database, it use a txt file to handle the information. If so, the issue be with a lot of file openers at dame time.

We want to use it but we have more than 6k online users, and the current mysql demmand is huge. Can you please provide us any comments that help us to buy it?

So it works with a flat file as database? no other special or amazing system? am I rigth?
