Hi arsenalstudios, thanks for the comments. To answer your questions:

1) Yes, potentially you could add the button to the initial form, but I added it to the confirmation screen to ensure that a ticket existed to upload the files to. People could upload files then cancel out of the ticket creation.

2) Yes, absolutely. There are 2 places the button displays. On tickets_new and tickets_view. In both files you will need to make a couple of minor edits, but you can essentially allow any files (and size) you want. Size will depend on the settings of the server that the software is running on.

This issue occurs on one in a handful of server setups. Drop me a line through my profile page and I will send you a slightly modified header file that should fix the issue.

I had to re-image the server that they reside on recently, and have not had the chance yet to restore the demos.

How do you mean export the ticket report ?

Can you expand on that ?

Like if I want to do a report export of how many tickets were opened, how many are still open, how many are assigned to a user, etc – how can I pull this? Thanks.

There is currently not a “printable” report on these stats, but there is an overview on the main admin dashboard.

I will add a report to the next release.
