Hello, I have a pre-purchase question. Is it possible to have this available to only users who log into it, then create a help ticket and can only send it to a single person… AND THEN that single person can either complete the help ticket or send/assign it to other users?

SITUATION: We have a small school with teachers, office workers and similar that w need them to be able to create any help ticket they want and have all of those go to a single person who would then send it to either out computer tech or our facilities manager.

This was probably a .htaccess issue.

The screenshots and other reviews showcase the application well enough. Maintaining a demo environment is not secure or cost-effective.

I’m running quicktick on PHP version: 5.3.6 and MYSQL version: 5.1.73-log and it seems that uploads aren’t being added the the database table “uploads” anymore. The files still get uploaded into the uploads folder though. Any fix on this?
