I found a little bug. When you add a project, if you use an apostrophe in the title it wont let you add the project. Other than that everything seams to be working great. Thanks! Now if you could just incorporate a real time time tracker with the ability to print out the time logs for a specific project, this thing would be awesome!!!

Another great option to add would be the ability to define some tasks that get used over and over. So, that when you add a new task, you can either enter a new task title or you can select from a drop-down a pre-defined task that has been used in many projects like; “Convert PSD to Html” or “Deliver final product to client”.

I was also wondering if there was any particular methodology you were following for this—a book, etc? Or is this an outgrowth of your own experience?
Along those lines, I don’t see any Gantt diagrams or milestones, which are helpful as long as the system remains simple. I also don’t think I see any way to estimate (in advance) the time of sub-tasks within a task group. And I don’t think I saw any way of tracking time (which perhaps would combine with invoicing as was suggested above). I don’t think I see any way to pass message between members, either.
So, a little bit of a description about the philosophy of the system may clarify why those things are omitted.

Will buy soon, beautiful, would be great if you can upload an Image for each Task which will open in a lightbox when clicked, each task can have 1 or multiple and would be very cool to have comments even if its with an outside service like disquis

As an additional suggestion, do you have any plans to increase the functionality to a Client based login? So clients can access their projects and see the current progress?
It would be a total package for us if it had the Admin, Member and Client sections available.
Lastly, and really pushing the boat out… If it dealt with billing aswell, then ‘oh my’ it would be the dogs danglies.

Hello. Those categories must be thought in order to include many projects. You must try to use your horizontal space efficiently and split your projects after their purpose. E.g.: Client, Inhouse, Print, Development etc etc. Too many categories can be misleading
