Notify System with Admin Panel
Notify v1.5 allows you to add notifications to your site with out needing to mess around with any code. All you do is install it and you are faced with 4 pre-set notification bars. To activate a bar you just go to the admin panel and activate it and just choose the text, type of bar, width of bar and if you would like the close button to be their as an option for users to close it.
