Hi,

UTF -8 is working great in emails sent (version 1.8).

You just have to use an editor like EditPad Pro, and encode it before upload.

The only point where UTF -8 is not workin is in “VIEW ONLINE ” option.

Dtbaker, is there something i’m missing, or, is there any workaround for this issue?

I just purchased this, mainly to see what all the hype is about, however I missing a feature. I will try to explain below what I mean.

I have purchased ‘Corporate Communication 2” newsletter template (also featured on codecanyon.net). Now this newsletter has several sections in which you can place content.

For example:

Newsletter title Links Content #1 Banner #1 Content #2 Banner #2

Currently you can only add content to one place. But if you do this, it will mean I have to redo the whole template and to be honest, that is not worth my time.

I would really like it, if I could enter content to both “Content #1” and “Content #2” from the Create Newsletter page within your script.

I know my English isn’t very good, so I will try to explain a different way; Currently you have (in Create Newsletter) a Step 3, which is called “Content”. I want to have 2 contents so it places the content on the 2 dedicated places I have selected.

Would this be possible? Would be a really great option for me, without rebuilding the whole template.

I guess you will need 2 {EMAIL_BODY} as well? As in {EMAIL_BODY_1} and {EMAIL_BODY_2}.

Please advice or if you are not willing to do this, please explain me how I can do this myself?

I have purchased and scheduled one news letter from campaigns but not sending the mails even date has been crossed. In dashboard showing like – pending sends status like “Continue Send” what does mean by this mate? Thanks for great tool.

My boss has a good number of clients that he would like to add to the campaigns without having to manually click the check boxes for each member.

Is there a way through the CSV file to import this list of members into “Campaigns” and not just the “Groups”?

Or is there a way thro9ugh the sql file to do it?

Hi there. I’ve tried searching through past discussions/questions for this plugin but there so many pages it’s taking me ages.

Basically, I just wanted to ask how well this newsletter system could integrate with a Wordpress website? Would it be possible to have a simple signup form (name & email entry) in a text widget area for instance? I’ve just been trying to use wordpress newsletter plugins and they’ve been mostly useless. If this thing can work nicely with wordpress I’ll definitely be buying it.

Hi there,

I get a header error message saying the header is invalid when I upload this plugin.

I have edited the header slot, but still get the same error message. Do you know why this is?

This is a new one. For some reason my “Campaign Newsletters” are not being sent out as scheduled.

I have the cron job set up correctly. I even called my host provider.

I have seen as much as 6 hours go by AFTER its scheduled time for the member(s) without the campaign letter going out.

Keep in mind that at one point I deleted the MySql database, reinstalled it, and then clicked the link in the admin area that says, “You can run the cron job manually yourself by clicking here (this may take a while to load – it will show a blank screen when done)”.

ONLY at this point does the CAMPAIGN newsletter go out.

And then the next day, about 4 hours had past the scheduled time for the 2nd Campaign to go out. So I had to manually go into the admin area to click on the cron job link again in order for the 2nd Campaigns to go out.

Why might this be happening, and how may I resolve it?

Great system! Lot of work, I think.

My problem: Trying to use a themeforest email template eShop. I follow your instructions on your website for using email template Airmail. I understand everything. The problem is when I preview it it shows me bad table structure. Here is an example This is a nice rounded prijs tag. But for a reason unknown to me it uses the wrong heights in top and bottom.

The other thing is when I go back from previewing the editor in html mode shows me strange code like <td bgcolor="#2932&lt;mce:script type=" height="20" width="10">37"&gt;&nbsp;</td> It has placed some mce script inside. I didn’t put it there.

Can you help me?

Hi,

I have wrote you an email but I didn’t receive any answer. At the beginning the script worked good but after a couple of days I have experienced problems in sending emails.

Infact after sending, the report show me that all the sent emails are bounced.(below you will find a screenshot).

Could you please help me with this issue? Thanks in advance. Salvo
