Even the logout dosn’t work. If you delete an Item from invoice, you get a js callback alert.

Wow. Apparently if you grab a delete url, you can delete stuff without being logged in.

Someone could just put random ids in there and delete all of the invoices. Not very well coded.

Seems that you are in good company, great to see so many people giving clear advice.

I on the otherhand really like what you have done, and look forward to you making it BOMB proof, the only comment I would make is how about having drop down menus on the invoices for items, alongside the opportunity to type in new items.

Would be cool to see a search function for the quotes, you added quote and invoices numbers but didn’t put an easy way to then find those once there is a lot of quotes or invoices

Will this have a “subscription feature” in the future? For example, I have a site where people subscribe to receive a newsletter. If they join in April, I don’t want to have to manually log in each month and create 1,000 new invoices. I would like a feature where: at the end of each month, the application via cron, updates the database with the subscription amount. Is this possible?

I found an error in my installation: when I try to download a receipt from PAYMENT section, I got error. Warning: fopen(/home/niroshan/public_html/invoice/pdf/font/unifont/DejaVuSansCondensed.ttf) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream:

In this file /pdf/font/unifont/ttfonts.php on line 498 there is an absolute path that I think must be changed.

I tried to change but the error remain how can I solve?

I am updating daily basis. Bugs are fixed very soon and I have planned to add new features on weekly basis

Just a small suggestion.. your links are mostly buttons/icons on some pages and text links on others.. consistency is a good thing.. make all of them the same either icons or text..

I ‘m interested in your system, however I need script where I can search for a customer and to be able to print monthly invoicing reports. Also would be great if you could add to customer field – location or company, so it easy to see how many customer come from particular location.

ilikecoding, so I purchased your script and I have it installed now. I have a few problems.

I’m based in the UK, when i try and input my phone number it cuts it off : 00000 000000 is the length it should be but it cuts a digit off the end.

To change the admin/admin it wouldnt save it with my own configuration so i had to go into phpmyadmin, although still in the script it shows admin/admin.

I dont use sandbox so dont have api and all that, i wanted to setup a live system, but all i see are the api details to enter, no where to enter the paypal details.

When i went to add an item i got this error :

Also in the zip file that is sent there are a lot of error_log files, like this is a direct download from a website. Should these not have been removed before the zip file was created?

I bought this script and followed your steps for installation. Now script is installed but when i open url , it goes to ” http://domainhelp.search.com/search?q=mypersonalinvoice&d=www.mypersonalinvoice.com.com" .

Its not opening real url.

I have tried it at different systems and urls.

also , in above comments , i saw people reporting many bugs. Once you have fixed these bugs , where can we download this new bugfree solution.

I like your script, some ideas will help me to acquire very soon, can you add multiple tax options for items, also credit options to the Invoice, a client access will be great to support for better quotes and service management, a log of the transactions and staff management with different authorization levels.
