The code provided by you is not working. Is is throwing an error even on empty Wordpress installation:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method ‘width’ of undefined

lightbox only closes if you click the x, how do i make it close by just clicking outside the lightbox?

Are you still providing support for this product? After waiting a month for some kind of answer you asked me to e mail you. I did as asked and have still not got any form of reply. This is an excellent product but alas without support it is not one I could recommend.

Hi, I wrote you about plugin not working with Churchope theme. I looked into the Lightbox and found there were multiples:

From Lightbox notes: For example: <script src=”crazy_path/jquery.js” type=”text/javascript”></script> <script src=”crazy_path/jquery.min.js” type=”text/javascript”></script>

jquery.js and jquery.min.js are the same script. Delete the last one if you can. Keep only one.

Where can I adjust where the lightbox pops into the screen, so if I want it in a fixed position or stick more to the top? The problem is I have a form popping in and on an ipad when you scroll down to enter the next field the lightbox scrolls with it.

The class is “jquery-lightbox-move” I believe.

I purchased this plugin but it is not compatible with my responsive website given your plugin is not responsive like this one: http://codecanyon.net/item/jackbox-responsive-lightbox/3078222.

If you don’t plan to fix this and the scrollbar displaying outside of the lightbox content area I’d like a refund.

I have decided not to purchase this plugin simply on the basis that if I need customer support, it does not look like I would receive any here. Too bad too. The features looks quite nice

How can i put more video’s in the Lightbox… Now i have different links to 3 video’s on my site. I have to click them seperately in order to see the 3 different video’s in 3 different light boxes. I want one lightbox with 3 consecutive video’s using the right and left arrow
