I tested the demo out on an iPad2 and the auto scrolling animation seemed very choppy. I tried the default settings, as well as turning off the mirror effect, and it still didn’t scroll smooth.
Any chance this can be fixed so I can see it in the demo?
I am sorry but this can’t be fixed, is the way iapd2 runs html5 canvas, it works great on ipad3!

When you test local test it with firefox, ie9 or safari, the other browser will throw a security error because they do not allow ajax calls local. Of course when used online it will work on all browsers.

Is there a possibility to try-before-buy? I’m running quite complex Android air/webview app and I’m quite sure I would run into perf problems with this, but would still like to try. If it would work, definitely would like to purchase it.

Why don’t you ship the non-minified source code along with the package? I bought this item with another account and noticed that you didn’t include the original source code. What if I wanted to make modifications on the source code?

Hey, this is really cool – I like it a lot and it is really easy to implement with loads of cool options.
Does anybody know of any workarounds that could get this working on IE8 and lower? Or is that just not possible with HTML5 ?

Unfortunately HTML5 is not supported on IE8 . We are working on a version which it will have an IE8 fall back but it will take a while until we finish.

Hi, i’m testing youre demo on a ipad 3 with the browser chrome but i cant click on the icons. And in both browsers on my ipad3 (safari and chrome) the scrolling doesnt work.
Do you have an sollusion for that soon or is that not possible?

I dig the script a lot. HOWEVER the navigation on IOS is counter-intuitive: you expect that swiping to the left will “drag” the menu to the left when it does the opposite (as it should for a PC) is there a way to invert it for mobile/touch?

well, the natural instinct with a touch screen is to “drag” the menu to the left to make it go left but this does the opposite (as it should for a mouse). Since there is no hover state with touch.
Hi, Just bought this and think it’s great but I’m having problems trying to use this and your other creation the canvas carousel (bought from another site ages ago) on the same page, it seems that whichever script source is declared last in the head section, gets the runtime, the other just hangs on the preloader. I’ve also tried putting both scripts into the same doc but the same thing happens. Any ideas? (and yes… I’m a noob)

Hi, Finally found time to take a look at this and found out there were 2 problems. The code you sent me fixed the immediate problem of having both onscreen, but it uses jQuery 1.4.2 and wouldn’t work with the current v1.9 which is what another plugin I’m using uses. To get around this i found a plugin on the jQuery site to help bridge the versions called ‘jQuery Migrate plugin’ (http://jquery.com/download/), that sorted me out! I hope this helps anyone else out with jQuery problems. :)) Cheers

Im doing something wrong. i am trying to use icons 59 by 59 png. source png’s are 59 by 59 and smaller size set at 50 by 50. using the config2 xml file. canvas is sizing to my specified width and height but icons are not loading. can’t seem to figure it out. can you help

Hello, i am very interested in purchasing an extended licence for this. In the live demo, the autoscroll does not appear to have an option for no auto, i tried setting it to 0 but it was still moving. Does it allow for autoscroll to be disabled? Also can you add captions as an option? thanks
