login-password doesn´t work anymore, purchase code to register to your forum neither, can´t reach the backend, this simply sucks – sorry! Please help! Is there any way to re-install the plugin manually, so that I can get to the “original” admin-panel?

Hi, are you having any issue setting up HMWP plugin?
Please follow these steps:
- in HMWP start tab, set ‘Medium Privacy – More Compatibility’ scheme and save the settings
- in HMWP permalinks & urls tab, set “rename plugins” option to “all plugins” and save the settings
Note: Assuming that it’s WP single site and Apache server. Your site’s htaccess file should be writable. After applying above settings the backend login URL will be www.YourDomain.com/wp-login.php?hide_my_wp=1234

Terrible plugin. It Won’t uninstall and it breaks a lot .. worst of all after deactivate and remove the plugin, the login url is still working. I have NO other cache plugins at all.

Hi, apologies, that it didn’t work out of the box. But depending upon the server configuration and other plugins installed you might need to do few manual settings. Also there could be some issue in htaccess file which most of our customers have. Not working in the first go doesn’t mean it won’t work at all. Please post your issue details and website details in our support forum http://support.wpwave.com/ so that we can fix it for you. If it’s not fixed we’ll be happy to make a refund.

Demo site uses an older version (5.0). Even with that, you just need our Replace Tools to hide them!
Hi there, I recently moved my website from one server to another, I don’t know the reason (I tried changing the .htaccess file permissions, deleting, manually creating, etc) but the .htaccess file is not rewrite after I update the HMWP plugin or even when I update the permalink options on wordpress. Is there a way to update the HMWP options manually? Please let me know.

Hi, can you please let us know your website url? Also, wappalyzer caches the result once you check a site, so it might detect wordpress everytime once it has been detected.

Yes, HMWP will replace/mask default wordpress paths so that wordpress, theme and plugins are not detected by the online detectors. In case of builtwith.com, it caches the result once you test a site, so it might detect wordpress everytime once it has been detected.
You can check with other detectors like whatwpthemeisthat.com, wpthemedetector.com, isitwp.com, etc.

I’m using Medium Security Compatible and not for Admin , but uploading files RevSlider was blocked and was yesterday and even now can not access my website in the admin , I have fixed IP there is a way to let my IP as White List ? So would not it be blocked ? And there is a way to unlock me since not access the admin ?
I get the default message as an attempt at intrusion, but gave RevSlider error the first time and did a reload there that blocked me and I am only user and admin for now.

Hi there. Have bought 4 or 5 istalls so far and will use again for next sites developed. Excellent. I am having one issue with urls for email notifications for new users and admin email notifications showing links to wp-admin rather than the new wp-hide url login. Hi there. Already using YITH WooCommerce Email Templates Premium for custom email tenplates. The issue is for all woocommerce and new user verification, it is sending a link to login to wp-admin and not the hide my wp login url. Is there a simply way to override/change this?

Hi, you can choose not to change main content URLs (like post, category, tag, feed, etc). You can go with one of the pre-made settings – Light Privacy or medium Privacy.
