Folderlock it’s a standalone aplication for Windows OS. It’s programmed with Visual Studio 2010 in Visual Basic .NET Framework 3.5. No setup, it’s portable.
It’s a little utility that changes the access control and permissions of a folder and make it unaccesible. Folder it’s unaccesible to admins and normal users. No way to look into folder files.
To protect a folder you just need to select one of it using the button “Add folder”, after select a valid folder you just have to click “LOCK” button, folder will stay unaccesible until you select same folder and click on “UNLOCK” button. Lock remains active even if you reboot the machine.
