Ether Content Builder WordPress Plugin

Hello, I have tried the demo and it looks very nice Now I have a question: I’ve build my own theme from scratch based on a responsive grid system.

How would I be able to handle the responsive layout? I need to assign classes for containers. For Example: div id=”page_wrap” class=”container row” h1 class=”col span_4”>Site Title h2 class=”col span_8”>Site Description

Hi, Please can I ask … will the post feed work with custom taxonomies or/and posts?

1. I have used WP-Toolset’s Types plugin to create my own taxonomies (categories and tags). Will I be able to select these under the feed settings, at the moment I only see the wp default category available.

Alternatively, 2. I have used WP-Toolset’s Types plugin to also create new custom post types. Instead would I be able to use the post feed to show the custom post types? I can then use the default WP categories for the selection.

How can I save a new layout as a new post type (template saves, but does not load into a post and not as a custom post type)? Is there a plugin you recommend that does not create conflicts? Thank you.

There’s a little bug with Events Manager and Ether.

I’m also using WP FullCalendar along with Events Manager and WPML Compatibility.

When I disabled Ether, the widget appeared on the single event page.

Problem explained:

I have a default sidebar on the site. I can put text widgets, calendar widget, but the built-in recent posts widget from Wordpress doesn’t show on single event page.

They will show on other pages including the events listing, but it doesn’t on the single event page.

I’ve tried the built-in ‘default’ wordpress widget menu and it works..

Any ideas why this specific widget won’t show up?

If I put some text widget under the recent post widget, they will show. This one just gets ‘skipped’ ...

How do you best use SEO on a per Ether Content Block or module basis? Example: you have used several Rich Text modules and each module contains different topics. All of the modules reside on the same page. How can you tag the content within these modules or blocks for SEO? Currently I do not see how.

Does ether support custom post types or your planing to add this feature any time soon?

Conflicts and Update Problem

1 – Ether Content Builder may or may not want to update passed version 1.7.4

2 – Conflicts with the WordPress administration back end and plugin

a – The plugin, WP-Invoice v 2.10 is impacted. Ether Content hides totals, prevents editing the invoice title

b – “Select All” button for plugins no longer works

I’d like to translate the whole ether builder in french but it seems to be uncompatible with the “codestyling localization” plugin I use to translate stuff. Could you please make ether textdomain compatible with codestyling localization for me to be able to translate it? I’ll send you the PO and MO files when it will be done.

Great job with the plugin. Wondering if it is possible to diasable the scrollfunction from the mouse in the gridslider when scrolling down a page? So that the “services” only are scrolling when hitting the next/back button.

Is your plugin GPL Licensed, if not do you offer extended license
