Contact Form With Custom Auto Responder

I purchased this contact form and i can not get it to send me back an email when i fill out the form and i only want to send it to one email account not make them choose the subject. Please help me out with this.

Thanks for a grat setup and code, I have two issues:

- When the form is filled out and submitted, I get errors like this:

Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File..../autoresponde.php on line 63

- (this might be stupid) but why is it required to upload attachment to configure the autorespondcontact in my browser? May I remove this function?

Which scripts path? And please explain what you mean by “uploads directory has write permissions in it.”
