Contact Form + Contact Management System

in whch method it is sending the mails ? SMTP ? I would like to integrate this form to my page. I will integrate it in 30 different pages and 30 of them will be different receiver. SO is it possible to do it ?

I tried but i get a white page after domain.com/contactmanager/autoresponde.php ….

Ok thats fixxed. but after i click submit i only get the roating loading ball , and nothing happens. No OK that the email has been sent or something.

this will perfect for a project I have by I did not see the ability to export the contact info to a csv file or excel document.

Is it possible to export the customer information ? If not can this be integrated?

Trying to test out your script but it doesn’t seem to be working (wrong username/password) and some files missing on the contact form)

Would it be possible to edit this so that I can use it as an ‘artwork authorization’ style form for my clients? Whereby I would upload an Image/Images, when they login they would be able to fill out the form to either approve or deny the artwork & give reason with it?

Please let me know urgently!

I recently took a chance and purchased your script. I’m now trying to get it set up on a clients website. I have three questions:

1.) Where are the autoresponder settings? In the screenshots, the settings are shown below the dashboard tab. I’m not seeing them in my installation. And, yes, I’ve enabled the autoresponder in the settings.

2.) The contact form appears properly on the webpage, and seems to function as it should ( I receive the test email at least). However, there’s no indication the form was submitted. The little spinner by the captcha field just spins indefinitely.

3.) Like other users have asked, I would like to add more fields the contact form. What is the recommended method for doing so?

Hello, will this work on a website that doesn’t have it’s OWN email (ex: email@website.com)? Could the messages just be forward right to my GMail inbox?

Also, last question, is the interface editable? Can I edit the .html according to my liking?
