First of all, download from your Account > Downloads section within CodeCanyon. After that, follow the steps below:

Upgrading after version 2.0 Simply overwrite/merge the folders in your installation. The updates simply modify files and do not modify your database.

Upgrading from before version 2.0 You must export your database fields/rows, but not the tables. Export just the data and copy your database details. Run the installation (install.php) file all the way through. After doing so, simply import your exported data into the new database.

NOTE : Before updating, do a full backup and make sure to keep your configuration file handy.
