calendar - date picker - date field

good idea

Its really neat.. But, if i click on a calendar, but then decide not to change the date and click on the screen, that months calendar doesnt go away. If i click on another month, that too opens, with out closing the other.

Soon my whole screen is filled with months ! lol

Would be nice if that could be corrected.

• 29 february available every year (reported by artmyth)
• not being able to return to past even if it’s enabled in code (reported by artmyth)
• click on calendar closes all others (thx shendrew for poiting it out)

Great script, you should add a link at the bottom of each calendar that says “today” if clicked it populates the field with todays date; this is a standard feature on these calendar widgets that l have come to expect and use regularly. If you add that l’ll buy!

Is it possible to be able to click outside the calendar for it to close?

I downloaded the file and everything is working except for the ajax to render the month. My month doesn’t change at all. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix that? Thanks!

it does’nt work on 1&1 server….

Unfortunately it doesn’t work also on my server. no reaction by click on next/previous month.
It seems the problem is known longer but no solution for it?

I like it but for users who don’t want to click through to a future date I would like to give them the option to type in the date. Can that be done?

I don’t know if you can help me with this, but I would like to use this script and add it on to my xslt file. Is that possible? would it react differently? I’m a complete noob when it comes to XML and XSLT and still in the process of learning, but I really need this script or something like this to add on to the form i’m creating.

Is there a way for this calendar to close if no date is chosen, or if another field is selected/tabbed to?

Right now, if I click the date field, and then tab to the next field, the calendar remains open.

I’m interested in purchasing this but am concerned about the reported error of the calendar not closing unless a date is selected. Can this be fixed?

Hello, the arrows to go to next and previous months are not working with the code inserted in my webpage, instead it’s working in your example file. So I’ve got something in my code that is in trouble with datefield.

Can you tell me where in your files is the code that take care of those arrows? So I’ll have a look there.

Great little script, but I’m wondering if you can help with something. I have it on a page that inserts the data into a database, and that works fine. But I’m trying to have it on an edit page and I don’t know how to have the date populate as the date already in the db. In this part of the script can you tell me where to add this?
