Hi jochumson,

There are instructions on how to setup the script on any php/mysql enabled web server, however for iframe integration into wordpress you will need to go to our forums and browse there, or open new thread.

Hi Cowhead,

Work already begun on wp addon. It will take probably couple of weeks. We anticipate to release it this month.

(Note – it will not be a separate product, it will be addon which will require ORIGINAL bookingwizz files to be present on your wordpress site)

Hi,

We do not provide support for local installation of our scripts, as stated in our terms of service.

From a glance – looks like you either don’t have PHP enabled on your localhost, or php short tags are disabled.

We will release update for this script (approximately end of the week) – which will include separate language files – you will be able to easily translate the script to any needed language.

If you have the time, please put together a user manual or a video for the script.

The system is really nice, but definitely has a learning curve even for those that are tech savvy.

A user guide or video will help any “Newbies” to the script to understand that the “Calendar” and “Event List” are separate in their own functionality and purpose.

It would also help any “Newbies” to the script to understand how the whole process works for the two separate components of this script.

It just took us awhile to figure out this stuff for ourselves, but would have cut down the learning curve time had we had a user manual or a video.

Thanks for this incredibly NICE five-star script!

A user manual or a video would make it 6-stars!!

Please let us know.

Thanks for your feedback turner2f, video tutorials are planned, however update for the product itself is more important to us now.

When someone makes a payment, is their status within the Admin Panel “PAID” ?

If yes…

1) Are they automatically “confirmed”, since they paid, and sent an email?

2) OR do we STILL have to manually confirm them?

AlSO…

1) How do we lighten up the black transluscent overlay from the light box?

2) Is there a way to get rid of the lightbox altogether and to have the I-Frame contents inserted into a webpage? What PHP file is the lightbox displaying its contents from?

Hello,

I am trying to log into by booking account. I keep getting username or password not recognized. I just logged in last week and it worked fine. It is asking me for a paypal email to retrieve my login conditionals. I don’t remember setting up a paypal account in this program. However, when I enter the only paypal account I have, it doesn’t work. What can be done to get logged in?

Thanks

This looks excellent. I have one upcoming project where this could be just the thing, and another that I’d like to retrofit into. Some questions though:
  • Does it work with PayPal Standard, or just PayPal Pro?
  • Can it work in conjunction with Mal’s e-Cart? I have a client for whom I’m using Mal’s+PayPal, but they use Mal’s to provide things like discounts, coupon codes and affiliate links plus a cart system to allow multiple registrations/purchases at once.
  • Can I have a calender display only ONE category without the drop down? Using your example, I would have a page for “Tennis” showing the tennis booking calendar, and another page for “Swimming” showing the swimming booking calendar.
  • Can I do something similar with “Events” where it displays events for only one type of “Service” on a given page?
  • Although I understand why you do this, it would be nice to be able to have access to the forum, even as a read-only, just to help get an idea of some of the workings of this script.

Hi crayz,

1) it works with paypal standard only at the moment, however we will release plugin for bookingwizz (end of week) which will include options to accept credit cards through paypal pro, elavon, authorize.net, moneris us, moneris canada, internetsecure.

2) No. Only through custom development.

3) If only 1 service (service=calendar) exists – only 1 will be shown, and no dropdowns. Otherwise you can manually hide the dropdown.

4) Would require some custom adjustments.

Forum is used pretty much for support and feature requests only, there are no general discussions about the product. Unfortunately, we cannot provide access to the forum for public view, for particular reasons support/bug fixes can only be provided to paying customers.

Thanks for the response.

Just to clarify, for #3 and #4, are we talking a code tweak that I could do? (I don’t write PHP, but I understand enough to sometimes tweak something to my liking).

Or would these fall under “custom development”?
