The only issue is that Blackberry does not understand the submit value as the hash (#), and just reloads the page without submitting.

It needs an actual URL or file to post to – is there any way around this?

I should have noted the lack of support before I purchased the form. I never got any response from the developer. I could never get the form to work which is too bad since it looked to be just what I needed. I have no choice but to give it a bad rating….

Before I buy your code, can I use your code for this situation? 1. Got 4-5 Page 2. Page 1 = User need to answer within a or b, then will redirect to page 2 3. Page 2 = User need to answer/tick 3 answer from 5 answer[checkbox], then user will redirect to page 3. 4. Page 3 = User need to fill contact form, and after user click btn send, all details+summary+answer will be send to admin, and user will redirect to page 4 5. Page 4 = This page will display all answer/summary for what he choose. First, does it work with SMTP ? I have my email accounts on Google servers but my site is on my own server due space issues. How much can be edited to integrate on my actual site, change color, font, width, height (CSS)? Does it need a database?
