I checked out the demo. Maybe add a function to manually add users/members on the backend.

I dont get it, how do the email get added to the data file?

The way I would like to use it would be when someone books an appointment using a form the email gets placed into the above software. Is this possible?

Can you tell me more about how it get added and how you edit them as I can only see the delete button.

How to add emails there. Example:

You sell some goods, like e-book. And you have some automation order script, which is billing user and sending that ebook (you can use my PayPal order form which is on ThemeForest for $4).

Now, when order is complete, script will send some notification to buyer – and here, you can add one line of code, to add that buyer to your autoresponder, like:

<?php $f=file_get_contents(‘hxxp://www.yourdomain.com/AutoResponder/api.php?name=John&email=johm@gmail.com’); ?>

Since now – user is added to autoresponder with his name and email – and if you set autoresponder messages, buyer will get additional info (offers, manuals, tips) directly to his email in some period of time (1 day after order, 2 days after, month after, etc, even 1 year after, just to say “hello, do you remember us? Visit our website again”)

So, the way how it works is really, really easy – and this is great for your business to use it. I heard about autoresponders long time ago, but I didn’t spend enough time to understand it – and now I know it was a mistake that I didn’t add this to my businesses before!

Hi, Could you add a htlm function for newsletter message? I’d like to add some template for my e-mails. Maybe some section where I defined a code for template? When I will be adding new message I will may check template for this e-mail.

I agree with anjankumar. That would be the icing on the cake for me.

The Tool looks perfect, but: - can it send email via gmail smtp (ssl smtp) - can it send attachments?

If I want an email to automatically be sent when the user gets added to the list, do I make the first message “Day 0” ?

AutoResponder dos not work If i use the cron.php the responder send day 1 but not day 2, 3, 4.

Around 20,000 users..

Will this work???

I guess that it will send around 300 to 400 messages per day.

looks like a great script. I also wondered if it’s possible to send html mails with it and more importantly if you can configure multiple jobs or orders. So users can be added to different jobs which have different emails on different days? Without that the script is only useful for businesses with only one product or product stream.

I think in case that the features above are included, you should ask more for a script like that
