Hello, I am not able to save files in a specific folder, so I’m using:

[ajax_multi_upload pathinfo=”../../../horarios/atibaia/” startOn=”auto” multi=”true” buttonText=”Escolher arquivo” allowRemove=”true”]

My site structure looks like this:

/public_html/website/wp-content/plugins/ajax_multi_upload

Hi,

I have a custom page.php template where I have my form, that I want to add this multiple file uploader into.

I was reading the help files and it says to add this: [ajax_multi_upload scriptsonly=’true’] <input type=’file’ class=’AMU’ uploadScript=’wp-content/plugins/ajax_multi_upload/upload.php’ startOn=’auto’ multi=’true’ maxSize=’204800’ afterUpload=’link’ />

The first part in the square brackets shows on on my form and the multiple file uploader is not functioning…..what am I missing?

Thank you!

Hi I am very interested in your product.

I need clients to be able to upload images and video clips to us in order that we can then work with their files

But we wouldn’t want clients able to access other files or folders on our site.

Can you advise how clients would be able to do this presumably at the front end with some kind of login page or?

We would then need to download them onto our computers to work on them and then upload a finished product which they could then download or access if possible?

Can you kindly confirm if your package provides the above as mentioned please?

Many thanks

Hi,
My plugin doesn’t support login/restricted area, so if you would like to use it for you project you will need to extend it with your own custom code.

Hi,

I just purchased This plugin.

I noticed that it depends on flash to upload images. Will it work on iOS devices?

Thank you, RB

QuanticaLabs

Hi,
Yes, it’s basing on flash, so it won’t work on iOS.

How can I integrate your plugin with uplodifive for HTML5?

QuanticaLabs

It’s hard to say if there is easy way to do that. If you have enough js knowledge you can try. I’m not able to give you step by step instructions.

Hi,

I have a site that is built within wordpress and we need clients to be able to upload images and video clips to us once they have made a purchase to our Amazon s3 bucket.

The idea we have is that we would have a page on our site which would have an upload form on it and the client then simply adds their info like Name etc and their images and video clips they want and then click upload.

Is your uploader suitable for this please? Thanks

QuanticaLabs

Hi,
Yes, uploader supports form integration. From next version, there also will be ability to view submissions in admin area (v3.0). I’m planning to release the newest version soon (in a week).

Thanks for the reply.

So are you saying that we can set this up as a plugin within wordpress but then instead of the files uploading to wordpress content / media gallery we can change some settings to upload directly into our Amazon s3 bucket instead?

If so what settings need to be changed?

QuanticaLabs

No, files still will be uploaded to WordPress media library, but you’ll be able to easily view data submitted with form like name etc. in WP admin area.

Ok thanks the problem is that my server has restrictions on the file size amount that can be uploaded as does wordpress.

Have you any suggestions on how I can add an upload form on my wordpress site that can upload directly to my Amazon s3 bucket and therefore bypassing my server and wordpress?

Many thanks for any advice

QuanticaLabs

No, I’m not able to help you with this.

I’ve just purchase this plugin and would like to join the forum – I can’t see where my purchase code is in codecanyon – it doesn’t seem to be the paypal code.

Thanks

QuanticaLabs

You can find your purchase code in Downloads section on CodeCanyon. Please click ‘Download’ button next to Ajax Multi Upload for WordPress position, then click to Licence Certificate and you will find the code inside licence certificate txt file.

how can i make it to show the form only for those who are logged in?

QuanticaLabs

Such a feature isn’t build in, so you need to find your own solution. You can for example use some another plugin to make page with form available only for logged users.

Hey! when someone uploads files – how is admin notified? Is it possible for an email to be generated with links to the files in it?

QuanticaLabs

Hi,
Email notifications aren’t build in. Admin isn’t notified about new uploads. I’ll consider to add this functionality in future release.

I ran into a bit of a problem with this plugin. If files are being uploaded using Firefox and Safari when logged in, the files does not attach to the author.

I did multiple tests with Firefox and Safari using a Mac and the site uses jQuery 1.9.1, but I also tested it with jQuery 1.8.3, and had the same results.

In Chrome everything works fine.

If you can please take a look, after uploading using those browsers visit the Media Library which shows the files not being attached.

QuanticaLabs

Please contact me via contact form, I’ll send you updated version of plugin, so you can try it.
