Can I use this for multiple email addresses as long as everything is hosted in a separate folders?

Is there an option to upload files and send files?

nice to use, a little complicated when you want to add field, you must coding the PHP too

Attempting to add additional fields as well as a check box “agree to terms” and select menu for gender and marital status, however I can not seem to get the fields to enter the data into the .txt file.

Can someone tell me what needs to be done to add more fields and different types of fields?

just buy this script… Got a question.

For thoses that doesnt have GD enable lik me (cant see the captcha on my domain)... I tryied setting capchat to false in the config… But doesnt seems to send any emails, nothing in the admin, and no display respndse… Any clue?

@WebPro : Strangly even if i set captcha to false it seems to need it somehow.

Anyway, i drop the script since it doesnt work for me (captcha not displayed, value set to false and still need it to send the message) and i need to go on prod very soon. Sadly i really like your form but i think i’m gonna use the good old form method.

if admin reply the message whe the message goes?

Seems to work fine. I just can’t lo into the back end. Every time I try, it acts like it’s headed that way, then returns to the log in… thoughts?
