Hi Bricktop.
Quick question.. I’m looking to add picture upload capability to my currently working php page form on my classified ad site. What’s your thoughts on this working with a standard html form?
Is it easy to remove the login … as I currently have a membership script running that requires a user to be logged in before submitting an ad.
Many thanks.
Hi wolfdogg,
Thanks for the questions.
Firstly, removing the login is very easy, simply a case of removing a few lines of code. If you decide to purchase I can tell you what you need to remove.
With regard incorporating this into a currently working form it shouldn’t be too difficult but would be easier if you have a basic knowledge of PHP . You can either use a single line of code to ‘include’ the upload script into your current page or integrate the code directly in (which would require a a bit of PHP knowledge)
Hope this helps, if I can be of further assistance please let me know.
Thanks
PNG , GIF – Transparency is converted to black. How do you turn?
You’re right, the script did not support transparency as I didn’t think of that when I created it! I have now added transparency support to the script which is in the queue here at CodeCanyon for approval. Please contact me directly via my profile and I will send you the updated file.
I will update this thread once the new version has been approved.
Thanks for the purchase and for the comment!
Updated version supporting PNG and GIF transparency now approved and available for purchase/download
hi. Great script! quick question. Is there a way to limit the number of pictures that can be uploaded?
Hi there, thanks for the purchase and the comments. There is nothing in the script to do this by default. Did you want to limit the total number of files uploaded to a specific value? If so, the script could be modified to do this. Contact me via my profile if you wish and I can look into it further for you.
Thanks.
