Forgive me for being a moron, but how is this different than the paypal buttons I can get in paypal?
thank you
Hi; It’s not different. It’s more convenient because the GUI for creating them is integrated in to WP and allows you to do things you can’t with the raw code from PP.
I need a paypal checkout/form on the site that has the following:
Adult Ticket (select quantity) Student Ticket (select quantity)
Can I have two prices, and quantity fields with this plugin?
Thanks
Hi, no you can’t have any fields with this plugin. It’s a “pay” button with predefined values that you set.
Hi
Is it possible to redesign and make a custom button for the Subscribe button, upload it to the plugin images folder and use it?
I’d like to make something more fancy than PayPal’s Subscribe button.
Please let me know if this is possible!
Thank you! Happy New Year!
Hi, thank you for taking an interest in our items!
Yes, you can replace the button images in the plugin’s images folder.
One other question. Can you clarify how this actually works in terms of linking to my PayPal account?
Looking at the shortcodes for this plugin, it seems like I don’t make a button in PayPal (payment amount, product ID, subscription length, trial period, etc) that I rather just make it up on the fly in wordpress.
Am I correct in this not being possible or can I actually link the subscribe buttons/products I created in my PayPal account with this plugin?
If I cannot, then is it possible to make a subscription button with this plugin that has a trial period with a set amount of money, then rolls into a recurring monthly subscription? If I can do this, then how can I track different subscription products/levels correctly?
I hope that all makes sense. Thank you so much!
Buttons are created on-the-fly and they’re not available on your PP account on the buttons list. That’s not a problem because you enter your PP email and the money goes there. As for the subscriptions – our buttons do offer support for that and you can manage the customers from you PP profile later on. The list of all options related to subscriptions is available on the demo page.

Great plug in! Quick question: If I leave the shipping at 0 will it default to PayPals predetermined shipping rates? I would hate to have to make multiple ‘buy’ buttons… I guess making them would be easy, it would just look sloppy.
Thanks!
Hi, thank you for purchasing!
That depends on the type of PayPal account you have. You’ll have to try it out. Sorry.
I forgot to follow up on this… I was not able to leave the entry at 0 and have the pre-set PayPal rules charge shipping.
We’ll look into it but unfortunately it’s a PayPal country/account type specific issue so a bit hard to debug.
I know its a very basic qestion but I can not find it anywhere. Doesit support paypal basic account? what i read is that we can’t create different priced pay button without premium / business account. Does this plug in overcome this?
Hi, thank you for taking an interest in our items!
If your account can receive payments you can use our plugin.
Is there anyway to add subscription length?
Hi, thank you for purchasing!
At the moment no. It’s planned for the next upgrade.
Any ETA on that upgrade?
Sorry, no.
Hi, for the return url, other than the 2 variables, can i use another web address like http://domain/here ?
Hi, thank you for purchasing.
You can enter any custom URL you like.
Where did your site go? I click the links to your website to see the button options for the 5-sec-paypal buttons and get this error message:
Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at www.webfactoryltd.com
Hi, we don’t have any reports from our monitoring service. And everything seems fine now. Sorry it wasnt working
Hi is there anywhere to insert a shortcode in your shortcode provided? eg. [paypal seller=”test@test.com” currency_code=”USD” price=”[shortcode]” name=”Large Blue Box” return_url=”{this-page}” type=”_xclick” button=”custom-05.png”].
Hi, thank you for purchasing!
No, not without modifying the plugin.
do_shortcode()would have to be added to all parameters. Can you tell me which parameters to apply so i can do it. This above suggestion will make this even better and dynamic. Ty
Unfortunately the scope of our support does not cover any item modifications.
how much do u charge for such modification?
Please contact our support via email.
Can the button be pure text/css (no image)? Like a submit button?
Hi, thank you for taking an interest in our items.
No, unfortunately it has to be an image.
Moron here. What is the “PHP GD library for buttons with custom price tags” listed under requirements? Is that something I get from Paypal?
DidNothingBeforeAsking
Hi, thank you for taking an interest in our items!
It’s is a PHP library used to generate images. It should be installed on your server, and most probably is.
Hi I was wondering if I can upload my own custom button and add a dynamically printed price tag?
Is this possible?
Hi, thank you for purchasing.
No, unfortunately there’s no such option at the moment.
