all better but the subs are still under the slideshow
I dont know how i can sort that, the subs are above the image but when the slide changes the sub menu goes under the new slide.
edit – just changed the z-index higher again and it sorted it out.

I know, i changed it after you said it before just didnt put it high enough.
Okay here you go, I spent some time to play around with your theme, hope you don’t mind.
There isn’t an upper and lower footer, they are just home page widget spaces, i don’t think they would look ok with a large line height.
Why would you want to have two different line heights for the exact same purpose?
And i just thought the wooden pattern matches the darkness of the theme and looks nice on the pages
For me, the wood looks old, there even might be a worm in it
It looks used and antique. As the green is so dark and heavy, the wood makes it heavier.
Now here’s what I did
http://www5.pic-upload.de/30.09.10/49pidt7xsbyf.jpg
I rearranged some things
aligned the menu to the logo and did some padding and background things to the menu (haha I just tried to hover the image links)
changed the background (maybe “structure” would be the right word for what i meant, that looks pretty cool with your “light” effect in the footer, especially with the fixed background attachment, looks like sliding down a wall)
and yeah, and padding things, line-height and background and such.
My possibilities tho were limited – only used firebug for that try.. don’t mind alignment not being weak, i used a piece of paper on my screen
I think it’s still too dark and won’t get accepted like that neither, but I hope I could help you anyways!

Hadn’t done anything to the theme for a few days or something, and felt like trying something new with it, what do you think now?
Anyone got comments on how it looks now?
Not sure about the lower footer. Make sure you add little more to that.
I don’t think it looks better now. Quite the contrary.
Oh and you’re welcome, I’m glad you appreciate my help so much
Good luck with your theme!
Greetings,
GC
